What's wrong with this email?
1. This email came from a compromised internal NECC account. So while the email may look like it's from a genuine source, it is in fact a fraudulent phishing attempt.
2. If you hover (place your mouse pointer, but don't click) over the "visit your Ticket 29424" text, you'll see that the link they want you to click on will be taking you to http://www.maine-coon.net.pl/necc/. You will see that the domain ends in ".pl" - this is a website based out of Poland, a large majority of phishing attempts come from websites based outside of the US. Just because there is "/necc/" in the URL, does not make it a valid NECC URL.
