ITS Maintenance – 5/19/19

On Sunday, May 19th, ITS will be taking production Banner offline in order to perform upgrades to our Banner environment.  Production Banner will be offline and unavailable between 8:00am – 4:00pm.

During this time, the following services will be unavailable for use::

• Banner: Production
• Self-Service Banner (SSB): Production
• Degree Works: Production
• FlexReg: Production
• Argos: Production
• MyNECC: Production (limited functionality)
• Apex Applications: Production
• TouchNet: Pay Your Bill Online: Production

Blackboard, faculty/staff/student email and other services not associated with the above list will not be impacted and will be available directly – NECC’s ITS Twitter will also be updated during this window if you’d like to follow along there as well.  If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact the Service Desk at x3111.
