ITS Maintenance – 4/14/19

On Sunday, April 14th, ITS will be performing maintenance on both our Virtual Server (VMWare) environment in Haverhill as well as our Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) in Lawrence.  Due to the nature of the maintenance being performed, ITS has decided to take all supported systems and applications offline during the window of 7am – 5pm EST on Sunday, April 14th.  During this window, the various applications and systems that ITS supports may appear to be online and working, but we cannot guarantee any changes or data saved during this window will remain, it is best to avoid using all systems and applications until the maintenance window is over or you are advised otherwise by ITS.

The list of impacted systems and applications includes, but IS NOT limited to, the following:

• Blackboard
• Banner
• Faculty, Staff & Student Email
• MyNECC
• On-campus Wireless
• TouchNet Pay Your Bill Online
• Flexible Registration
• NECC Website and other websites at NECC

ITS will be sending out an email notification once the maintenance has been completed – NECC’s ITS Twitter will also be updated during this window if you’d like to follow along there as well.  If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact the Service Desk at x3111.
