If you hover (place your mouse pointer, but don't click) over the "current invoice or document" links, you'll see that the link they want you to click on will be taking you to http://www.test.goodnews.org.sg/jzPc_nk1-acaZXZqJK/mx/Details/02_19. You will see that the domain ends in ".sg" - this is a link to Singapore, this is not a website or country that NECC would do business with and attempt to provide us with any type of "invoice".
